Top Layer Achieves Certification with its HP OpenView Integration

Westboro, May 03, 2004 - Top Layer Networks, Inc., a provider of globally proven intrusion prevention solutions, today announced that it has become the first Intrusion Prevention System vendor to achieve certification in the HP OpenView Solution Alliance Program.

The integration of Top Layer’s Attack Mitigator Intrusion Prevention System with HP OpenView Operations provides a direct link between security management and business objectives by identifying the relationship between a security problem and the business service affected. This solution also reduces the time expended by IT and security staff to research and correlate security events and handle remediation. HP OpenView Operations is an IT management solution that provides a range of management capabilities that extend from individual network nodes to the service levels provided to customers.
