Top Layer Networks Partners with eIQnetworks to Deliver Non-Stop Intrusion Prevention, Reporting and Analysis

Top Layer Networks, Inc., a provider of globally proven intrusion prevention solutions, today announced that it has entered into a reseller relationship with eIQnetworks, a leading provider of award-winning security, applications and systems analytics solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Top Layer will resell eIQnetworks’ FirewallAnalyzer^TM Enterprise version reporting and analysis solution. The reporting solution will be offered as an add-on feature to Top Layer’s Attack Mitigator IPS family of intrusion prevention solutions to allow customers to quickly gather and analyze security event information from a variety of network devices including Top Layer IPS, Routers, Firewalls, AV gateway firewalls, AV servers, Proxy servers, etc.

The FirewallAnalyzer Enterprise from eIQnetworks is a powerful analytics solution that provides users the means to efficiently aggregate syslog events quickly across one or multiple licensed Top Layer Attack Mitigator IPS units and other network devices. It provides many flexible and easily configurable mechanisms to give an administrator a comprehensive understanding of the events that are occurring in the network. It comes with more than 400 different types of reports to help security administrators take proactive and preventive actions against cyber threats. Reports identify attack and virus activity across enterprise networks, delivering such valuable information as attack type, virus type, source, destination, frequency, file type, file extension and viruses by protocol as well as bandwidth utilization by user or protocol.
