Paul Tishkevich Appointed VP North America Commercial Sales

Westboro, MA, October 25, 2004 -

Top Layer Networks (www.TopLayer.com), a provider of globally proven intrusion prevention solutions, today announced that Paul Tishkevich has joined the company as vice president of North America Commercial Sales. Tishkevich will be responsible for the direct and channel sales of Top Layer’s industry leading intrusion prevention technologies.

“Paul Tishkevich combines a strong security background with a proven track record of being able to develop and maintain strong sales pipelines. Coming from an industry leader such as RSA, Paul understands to the security needs of our customers,” said Peter Rendall, CEO of Top Layer Networks. “Paul’s ability to develop a strong sales channel will be integral to our continued efforts in helping organizations protect their critical online assets from growing number of cyber threats.”

Prior to joining Top Layer, Tishkevich was the regional sales manager for RSA Security, managing the New England sales territory. While at RSA, he was also responsible for managing and developing the companies channel sales operations. Previously, Paul served in a variety of security and networking roles, such as holding the position of major account sales manager for Network General, where he managed channel sales of network diagnostic software; territory sales manager for Attachmate; systems engineer and sales representative for ITT Courier; systems engineer for Diebold; and systems analyst for NCR.
