Top Layer Networks Names Paul Bogonis Chief Financial Officer

Bogonis to Manage Financial Planning and Growth as Top Layer Networks Responds to Increasing Demands for its Intrusion Prevention Solutions

Top Layer Networks, Inc., a global leader for high performance intrusion prevention solutions, today announced the expansion of its management team with the addition of new Chief Financial Officer, Paul Bogonis. Bogonis brings to Top Layer Networks more than 25 years of exceptional financial and operational experience with emerging and high growth companies.

Bogonis has an extensive background in global operations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, building infrastructure, and raising capital. He most recently served as Vice-President of Finance at Elcom International and prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Summit Design, Inc. While at Summit Design Bogonis also served as a member on the Board of Directors. He previously served as Corporate Controller at Viewlogic Systems and was instrumental in driving the merger of three technology companies to create the public company, Innoveda, Inc. Bogonis has also held senior financial positions at Netegrity, Progess Software, and Wang Laboratories. He received a BS in accounting from Northeastern University and an MS from Boston University.
