Top Layer Networks To Develop Next-Generation Network Security Solutions Using Newly-Unveiled TILE64 Multi-Core Chips from Tilera Corporation

Top Layer Networks, the global leader for high performance intrusion prevention solutions, today announced a partnership with Tilera Corporation, the industry leader in highly scalable multicore embedded processor design. In future network security solutions, Top Layer will begin using the recently-unveiled TILE64^™ multi-core processors from Tilera as part of its commitment to using the best technologies available on the market to power its security appliances.
