Top Layer Offers Expanded Trade-in Program to Upgrade IPS Users from First-Generation IPS Technology to Top Layer’s Award-Winning Third-Generation IPS 5500 E-Series

Under the trade-in program, customers using IPS solutions from 3Com/TippingPoint, IBM Internet Security Systems or Reflex Security can trade in their solution for Top Layer’s award-winning third-generation IPS 5500 E-Series system.

During the first quarter of 2008, Top Layer received significant customer interest after announcing a trade–in program for TippingPoint IPS technology.
