Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT)
http://www.cert.org/ - CERT is located at Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute. They study internet security vulnerabilities, research long-term changes in networked systems, and develop information and training to help users improve security.

AusCERT (Australia)
http://www.auscert.org.au/ - AusCERT is the national Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) for Australia and a leading CERT in the Asia/Pacific region.

CC/CNCERT (China)
http://www.cert.org.cn/ - CNCERT/CC is a National level CERT organization, which is responsible for the coordination of activities among all Computer Emergency Response Teams within China Concerning incidents on national public networks.

KRCERT (Korea)

SingCERT (Singapore)

SANS/FBI Top Twenty Most Critical Internet Security Vulnerabilities
http://www.sans.org/top20/ - Seven years ago, the SANS Institute and the National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC) at the FBI released a document summarizing the Ten Most Critical Internet Security Vulnerabilities. MRTG - Multi Router Traffic Grapher
http://www.mrtg.org/ - This web site will help you if you have a router and want to know what it does all day long. It will monitor SNMP network devices and draw pretty pictures showing how much traffic has passed through each interface.

NTOP - Network
http://www.ntop.org/ntop.html - ntop is a network traffic probe that shows the network usage, similar to what the popular top Unix command does. Ntop is based on libpcap and it has been written in a portable way in order to virtually run on every Unix platform and on Win32 as well.
